We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This pivotal role involves leading retail sales, overseeing key operational functions, and driving the team performance. Prior experience as a retail sales consultant and availability to work Saturdays is essential.

The Opportunity:
* Complete store managerial duties including banking, budgets and rosters
* Consistently achieve sales, store and personal KPI targets by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff
* Action staff hiring, promotions and disciplinary procedures (where required)
* Ensure thorough induction and training for all new staff members
* Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service and maintaining a fully stocked store
* Manage all issues arising from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
* Manage trade accounts for store (if applicable)
* Manage stocktaking and stock control for store
* Manage the receipt and distribution of shipments
* Maintain showroom and warehouse ensuring it is kept clean & safe at all times
* Reporting and sales management
* Implement, train, monitor and adhere to company WH&S standards
* Implement, train, monitor and adhere to company policies and procedures
Skills & Experience:
* Management experience in the retail sector is preferred (plumbing or interior sales advantageous)
* Experience in managing and meeting KPI's
* Good level of computer literacy and MS applications
* Ability to build effective working relationships
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills
* Staff and Customer management skills
* Strong organisational skills
