We need Federal Government Sales Leaders who can demonstrate staying power in their careers, self-awareness in embracing their strengths and areas for development, and a desire to develop their consultative, people leadership skills in a vendor environment like ours.

Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of Federal Government Enterprise SaaS Sales Account Directors, including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process
* Sell and promote Oracle SaaS Applications products to customers, including negotiating price, concessions, and terms and conditions of sales
* Develop and execute business plans to redefine the software market in Applications in collaboration with the solution strategy team
* Identify target organizations, segment markets, and develop territory management strategies
* Recruit, develop, and retain a local sales team
* Manage sales quotas and develop sales incentives
* Generate demand by developing relationships with senior executives within target accounts
* Collaborate on campaign development and execution with the marketing and PR teams
* Engage in strategic sales activities to maximize sales conversion
* Manage sales pipeline and forecasting accurately
* Maintain ongoing relationships with senior customers and ensure maximum customer referenceability
* Manage stakeholder relationships internally, including regional sales organizations
* Ensure adherence to company policies on pricing, approvals, and contracting
Qualifications
* Proven sales leadership in a Business Applications sales environment
* Experience managing teams selling cloud software, especially ERP, HCM, or SaaS applications
* Federal Government sales experience is preferred
* Strong financial management skills, with a track record of delivering $5-10M in sales annually
* Industry knowledge in business software sales or consulting
* Established network of relevant strategic relationships
* Several years of experience in cloud business applications sales
* Ability to articulate and execute strategic sales plans
