Pet Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team in representing Fetch as a trusted advisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping pet parents understand the value of protecting their furry friends with comprehensive pet insurance.


Responsibilities:

* Sales Representation: Represent Fetch as a trusted advisor, selling pet insurance policies to prospective pet parents.
* Competitive Advantage: Communicate competitive advantages of Fetch and demonstrate a deep understanding of Fetch and competitor pet health insurance products.
* Customer Relationships: Turn prospects into loyal clients, raving fans, and repeat customers by establishing productive, professional relationships.
* Customer Information: Accurately record prospect and customer information in our CRM system.
* Partnerships: Establish partnerships with key personnel at partner locations to assist in meeting performance objectives and partner expectations.
* Assessment and Collaboration: Proactively assess partner needs through onsite focus and follow-up meetings, and collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for new business.


Requirements:

1. Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an animal care role.
3. Industry Pioneer: Energized by being an industry pioneer.
4. Sales Opportunities: Passion for prospecting new sales opportunities on a daily basis.
5. Animal Health: Familiarity with animal health or welfare is a plus but not required.
6. Independence: Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced sales cycle.
7. Relationship Building: Proven success in building relationships using a consultative, solution-focused approach.
8. Customer Service: Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to understand our customers' needs.
9. Travel: Must be willing to travel to various industry events as required.
10. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
11. Teamwork: Excellent team player; proven ability to apply innovative ideas and critical thinking.
