PeopleBench is a fast-growing HRTech SaaS company on a mission to reimagine K-12 education workforces. Born in Brisbane in 2019, we're now supporting education leaders across Australia and the USA to build sustainable, thriving school workforces through our innovative platform and advisory services.
The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional Corporate Services Manager to be the operational backbone of our organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll ensure PeopleBench runs like a well-oiled machine—managing everything from finance & risk to HR and compliance, investor relations, and project management.
This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on variety, loves bringing order to complexity, and wants to be the enabling \"glue\" that holds a high-performing global leadership team together.
What You'll Do
You'll own critical business functions including legal and compliance management, HR coordination (recruitment, onboarding, performance frameworks), finance liaison with our external CFO, and program/project management. You'll maintain company registers, coordinate audits and insurance, manage our IP portfolio, build out our intranet, and ensure the leadership team has the systems, processes, and reporting they need to succeed.
What You'll Bring
Outstanding relationship management skills, expertise across business administration (especially finance, HR, and compliance in SMEs), and confidence with systems like Xero, Google Suite, and Atlassian. You're a masterful communicator, relentlessly committed to quality and accuracy, and can think strategically while managing the details flawlessly.
Why PeopleBench?
Join our incredible team in a luxury South Brisbane workspace with 5-star amenities, flexible hybrid working (1-2 days WFH/w), the latest tech, and a culture built on integrity, curiosity, and tenacity. Plus, you'll be making a real difference in education.
