**The Opportunity**
In this permanent, full-time role, you will work closely with senior managers to guide businesses through key processes and business activities. You will gain invaluable experience by immersing yourself in various opportunities and developing expertise in areas such as business development, client management, liquidation, and insolvency.
Reporting directly to the owner, you will be instrumental in communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high standards are met.
**Your Responsibilities**
As a Business Restructuring Account Manager, your duties will include:
* Utilizing strong commercial understanding to support business operations.
* Collaborating with the owner and management team to implement effective strategies for clients.
* Managing stakeholder relationships, particularly focusing on the client journey.
* Contributing to the development of innovative solutions to complex business problems.
* Applying financial modelling, analysis, and relevant skills to inform decision-making.
* Fostering a positive team culture and delivering exceptional service quality.
* Working efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in professional services.
* An accounts background preferred.
* A broad professional background and understanding of practical business operations, commerciality, and management.
* Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand or equivalent membership.
* A proven ability to develop connections and influence at all levels.
* A strong understanding of accountancy and some knowledge of voluntary administration, liquidation, and business trading processes.
* Excellent attention to detail, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong internal and external communication, both written and verbal, and professionalism.
* Technical skills in relevant areas considered.
* Experience in client relationship management.
* Demonstrated motivation, discipline, and resilience.
