We are now actively searching for experienced Site / Project Engineers to join our ACT Construction team. These roles will be integral to delivering current projects across Canberra, where you'll collaborate with highly skilled teams that value partnership, precision, and outstanding results.
Site / Project Engineers at Multiplex play a key role in driving the technical co-ordination of the construction process. Working closely with the senior management team and wider project teams, they are responsible for overseeing the integration and documentation of design and program requirements to ensure seamless project delivery. This position acts as a vital link between design, building services, and subcontractors, ensuring all project objectives are achieved.
To succeed, you'll bring tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture / Design, or a related discipline. We're looking for candidates with experience in commercial construction and a solid understanding of all major building disciplines—Structure, Finishes, Façade, and Services. Other key attributes include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, practical technical knowledge, and exceptional stakeholder management.
