Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Assistant to support our Store Manager with day-to-day operations at our Clifford Gardens store.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong passion for delivering outstanding results in a rewarding retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Retail sales and operation of Point-of-Sale devices
* Collecting, sorting, and pricing donations in store
* Assist in the development and coordination of visual merchandising and store presentation
* Provide exceptional Customer Service
* Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure
* Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures
* Demonstrate TSA core values in all work-related activities
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in retail sales is highly regarded but not essential
* Strong customer service skills
* Genuine passion and proven ability to deliver outstanding results in a rewarding retail environment
* Alignment with the values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity
* High energy, hands-on individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends and across various locations in the retail area
