Our dealership group is looking for a professional, can-do and driven administration professional to join a fast-paced, growing Fleet Sales team.
With rapid growth in our Fleet Departments, we need a dynamic and accurate administrator to support this expansion with critical, detail orientated admin support.
What you'll do:
* Provide admin assistance with purchase orders, vehicle logistics, general sales support and paperwork accuracy.
* Provide timely contact with customers, Fleet Management organisations, suppliers and other stakeholders.
* Create purchase orders, customer order forms and other work requests
* Manage internal systems, excel spreadsheets and data entry
* Organise and complete paperwork for sales contracts and vehicle delivery documentation.
* Creating reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Occasional administration and reception relief.
What you'll bring:
* High standards of accuracy, attention to detail and persistence in a fast paced environment.
* The ability to work to timeframes and multi-task
* The ability to connect with a wide range of people
* High quality communication skills both written and verbal
* Previous experience with Pentana (Era) product suite and Automotive Delaership experience an advantage but not necessary
