We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our WA operations, covering the South of Perth region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising brand sales, portfolio profitability, and brand equity among existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Budget Planning: Optimize selling time for maximum productivity.
* Sales Strategy: Identify customer needs through effective sales techniques.
* Territory Analysis: Plan sales strategies for long-term and quick sell objectives.
* Sales Call Execution: Follow a structured approach to ensure compliance during promotional periods.
* Journey Planning: Complete territory analysis and prepare journey plans to drive business growth.
* Business Development: Work with Venue Managers to improve business opportunities and enhance customer relationships.
* Campaign Management: Implement marketing activity within specified timeframes.
* Data Analysis: Effectively use CRM data and other in-house tools to inform sales decisions.
Requirements
* Minimum 3+ years sales experience in a relevant industry.
* Demonstrated on-premise experience is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of the premium spirits market in Western Australia.
* Respected local industry figure with relevant contacts.
* Demonstrable strategic sales experience.
* Excellent time management and planning skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
