* Preparedetaileddesignsanddocumentationfortheimplementationofbuildingprojects,leadanddelegatetaskswithinaworkgroup.
* Preparationofcalculationsrequiredforthedesignofengineeringprojects.
* Preparationofspecifications,proposals,andothertenderdocumentation.
* Useinitiativetoresolvetasksorproblemsthatariseatacompetentlevel.
* Actasatechnicalexperttomentoranddevelopotherstructuralengineerswithintheteam,andprovidestructuraldesignexpertiseinoverseeingalltechnicalaspectsofprojects.
* Liaisonwithclients,sub-consultants,contractors,andcommunicateclearlywithcolleaguesandmanagers.

* RecognisedCivil&StructuralEngineeringqualification(Bachelor/Master'sdegree).
* Minimum8to12+yearsofrelevantexperienceinanengineeringconsultancyenvironment.
* Provenproficiencyandexperienceincivil/structuralengineeringdesignandanalysisonbuildingprojectsinSingapore.
* Solidexperienceinreinforcedconcrete,posttensionconcreteandstructuralsteelworkdesign.Seismicdesignexperienceisadvantageous.
* Soundunderstandingandapplicationofrelevantengineeringcodes,standards,andpractices.
* Strongclientfocus,excellentcommunicationskills,teamwork,andself-motivation.
