Key responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain an extensive understanding of beverage products, flavors, and preparation methods
- Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to all guests, anticipating their needs
- Strictly adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines and regulations
What we are looking for
- Bar experience with a comprehensive knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and beverage trends (highly regarded)
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail (highly regarded)
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Duties may also include serving food and beverages
- Flexible availability with weekends essential
- Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
