As Production Supervisor, you'll play a key role in coordinating building manufacturing activities within our Perth modular facility. You'll lead manufacturing teams, contractors and apprentices to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards.
This is a hands‐on, operational role with responsibility for supervising multiple builds within the yard, managing labour and contractors, and coordinating materials and services in line with production schedules. You'll also own all scaffolding activities across the yard and Fleetwood sites, including planning, setup, scheduling and compliance to support safe and efficient build delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all scaffolding requirements, ensuring safe setup, compliance and availability to support build schedules
* Coordinate day‐to‐day manufacturing activities with a strong focus on safety, quality and delivery
* Lead, support and mentor teams, including contractors, labour hire and apprentices
* Supervise multiple builds concurrently to meet schedule, budget and quality requirements
* Plan and coordinate labour, materials, contractors and services to minimise downtime and re‐work
* Liaise with scheduling, materials, design and project teams to maximise workflow
* Monitor productivity, manage budgeted hours and approve timesheets and overtime
* Identify issues, drive corrective actions and participate in pre‐starts, QA and continuous improvement
About You
You're a production supervisor with a strong background in modular or construction environments. You're comfortable leading people, managing competing priorities and working within a fast‐paced manufacturing setting.
You'll Also Bring
* Experience in modular construction or building environments
* High Risk Work Licence – Basic Scaffolding (SB) – Desirable or willing to obtain
* Practical scaffolding experience, including setting up scaffold systems within a yard or site environment
* Strong working knowledge of building codes, standards and safe work practices
* Proven ability to deliver builds safely, on time and within budget
* Experience supervising trades, contractors and apprentices
* Strong communication, planning and problem‐solving skillsConfidence working with schedules, budgets and labour planning
* Solid computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook; MS Project knowledge advantageous)
