About Us: We are a dynamic and growing construction company specializing in Basements and concrete construction. (Raft Slabs, Insitu Columns/ Walls/Stairs, Suspended Slabs) We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in construction, specifically in steel fixing, formwork, and excavation, and a proven track record of leading teams to complete high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew to ensure safe and efficient site operations.
- Provide clear instructions and direction to team members.
- Oversee the construction of raft slabs, insitu columns, walls, stairs, and suspended slabs.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, in compliance with project specifications.
- Work closely with the Project Engineer to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Organize and manage materials and resources in office.
- Review and interpret construction drawings for the crew.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in concrete steel fixing, formwork, and excavation.
- Hands-on experience with the construction of raft slabs, insitu columns, walls, stairs, and suspended slabs.
- Basement experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- A current driver’s license and reliable car.
- Must have own tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with a team and independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to collaborate with the Project Engineer to achieve project goals.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $85,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
