GLG NSW are seeking a full time Tractor & Plant Operator/ Groundsperson to work maintaining horticultural assets for various clients across the Sydney area working based from our Smeaton Grange Depot.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate a full range of ride on grounds maintenance plant and associated equipment including Tractors & Mowers
* Manage day to day operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.
* Ensure safety and compliance across your team and projects
* Ensure regular preventative maintenance is conducted on plant and equipment to keep them in optimal working condition.

What you need
* A current manual driver's licence - minimum MR Required
* Tractor slashing and vegetation clearing experience essential
* Expertise in horticulture, turf management and landscape maintenance techniques.
* Proven leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and inspire teams.
* Strong work ethic with excellent time management abilities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* A dedicated commitment to sustainability and implementing best practices in open space management.
* National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain).
* Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
