Job Opportunity: Sustainability Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in promoting sustainable development and mitigating environmental risks.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:
* Implementing effective Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
* Conducting noise and vibration assessments, drafting out-of-hours work permits, and undertaking regular site inspections.
* Participating in client inspections, managing close-out actions, and reporting on environmental performance.
* Mitigating environmental and compliance risks through proactive engagement with site teams.
* Investigating incidents, managing reporting, and maintaining accurate waste registers.
* Driving sustainability initiatives and delivering environmental training sessions.
* Championing environmental management, safety, and sustainability, while promoting a positive culture within the organization.
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
* A bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, science, or sustainability, or equivalent experience.
* At least 3 years of experience in environmental management within construction, engineering, or a related field.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
