Job Description

The Member Services Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

This position requires a high level of communication skills, a passion for health and fitness, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
* Apply sound cash handling principles and utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems.
* Promote center services and programs to customers and accept bookings and enrolments.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent communication skills.
* First Aid & CPR Certification.
* Previous experience in similar positions is highly advantageous.
