Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing remote and onsite support to customers nationwide, addressing issues related to servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft Azure, Active Directory (AD), and Exchange environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop connections
* Collaborate with solutions experts to maintain best practice environments and address complex technical challenges
* Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues to identify root causes and implement solutions
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Extensive knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking principles
* Outstanding spoken and written communication skills in English
* Deep knowledge in Windows Server, desktop and Azure AD/GPO/DNS/DHCP
* Experience working with Hyper-V and other virtualisation solutions
* Excellent complex-problem diagnosis technique
