About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated team member to join us as a
Corporate Accountant
in
Maryborough, QLD.
This is a busy role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for the execution and management of a variety of accounting practices, including accounts receivable and payable, reconciling the general ledger, compliance with the relevant authorities and implementing internal control procedures.

You can work full-time, 5 days a week, or part-time whether that's 4 full days or shorter hours spread across 5 days.

Your days will be busy and varied, and will include:
• Financial Reporting & Processes
• Accounts Receivable & Credit Risk Management
• Accounts Payable & Cash Control
• Supporting the payroll process
• Oversee and assist Contracts Administration
• Other Adhoc Accounting Duties
About You:
You will
thrive
in this role if you have a positive attitude to work and are willing to be trained.
• Experience and qualifications in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties and functions.
• Understanding or ability to obtain understanding of Contract processes.
• Experience in payroll processing and compliance including payroll tax and workcover.
• Experience in the preparation and lodgment of BAS, FBT, and GST statements
• Understanding of Accounts terminology, processes, and procedures.
• Experience in implementing process and procedures.
• Excellent Data Entry skills, including high level of Accuracy.
• Disciplined to work autonomously and within a team environment.
