About the Role: As part of our client's continued digital transformation, we are seeking a highly capable Senior Digital Project Manager. to join one of Australia’s leading retail groups, operating iconic brands across a large omni-channel network of stores and digital platforms. The Senior Digital Project Manager is a strategic delivery and transformation role responsible for leading development of digital initiatives across ecommerce and customer ecosystems. You will work closely with Digital, Ecommerce, CRM, Marketing, IT, Operations, and external technology partners to define, shape, and deliver scalable digital solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Optimisation: Support the evolution of our clients digital ecosystem roadmap. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, speed to market, and digital capability maturity. Contribute to strategic initiatives including platform migration, customer data strategy, AI adoption, automation, personalisation, and omni-channel growth. Project lead end-to-end delivery of ecommerce and digital transformation initiatives across multiple brands. Deliver projects across ecommerce platforms, customer experience, marketing technology, integrations, loyalty, CRM, marketplaces, search, personalisation, and AI initiatives. Partner with business to define scalable digital solutions and future-state capabilities Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify pain points, opportunities, and process improvements. Analyse customer journeys, operational processes, and system interactions to identify optimisation opportunities. Build strong relationships across Digital, Ecommerce, Marketing, CRM, IT, Operations, Finance, and Executive leadership teams. Manage relationships with agencies, implementation partners, SaaS vendors, and third-party providers. Key Skills Required: 7 years experience delivering ecommerce, digital, or technology projects in retail or omni-channel environments. Proven experience leading complex ecommerce and digital transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce/Magento, or similar. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness.
