Your New Role
You will take full ownership of your store across sales, team performance, operations and customer experience in partnership with the Store Manager. This is a hands on leadership role where your commercial mindset, professionalism and energy set the standard.
* Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, using structured performance management to drive results and build capability over time
* Take full accountability for store performance, confidently articulating the how and why behind KPIs, trade decisions and commercial outcomes.
* Be highly visible on the floor, leading from the front and setting the benchmark for an energetic, customer-first experience.
* Build and protect a strong team culture, fostering accountability, connection and high standards under pressure.
* Create meaningful community connections, aligning with a lifestyle that reflects movement, fitness and local engagement.
The Experience Checklist
* 2+ years’ experience in an Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role in fashion or lifestyle retail
* A strong people leader who thrives on coaching, developing and supporting a team
* Commercially minded with a solid understanding of KPIs, sales performance and store budgets
* Confident supporting daily operations including rostering, stock and trade management
* Hands‑on and passionate about delivering an engaging, high‑energy customer experience
* A natural communicator with the ability to build relationships and lead with impact
