Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and passionate Senior Physiotherapist who is ready for a new adventure. As the Senior Physiotherapist, you will be able to provide plan and deliver comprehensive, high quality patient care to our regional Griffith communities. About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join us in this critical role to provide, plan and deliver comprehensive, high-quality care to patients and clients.
As The Senior Physiotherapist, You Will Be Responsible For
* Provision of a comprehensive physiotherapy services as directed by their line manager
* Work collaboratively and where appropriate lead the multidisciplinary team to optimise health status and well-being of each client/patient and carer in the optimum environment and facilitate safe and timely discharge from the service
* Provide high level clinical expertise and knowledge

About You
Our ideal candidate will:
* Hold a Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy & current AHPRA registration
* Demonstrate advanced knowledge, skills, clinical experience and ability to provide patient-centred, evidence-based Physiotherapy services across a range of clinical areas and a willingness to use telehealth as a mode of delivery of clinical care.
* Have the ability to be flexible and able to respond to differing workloads and possess excellent time management skills.
* Demonstrate leadership skills, including supervision of staff and students, negotiation, decision making, and advocacy.
