About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Investment Operations Performance Analyst to support the end‐to‐end delivery of high‐quality investment performance reporting. You'll work closely with investment, risk and external data partners to analyse results, uplift reporting processes and contribute to modernising the performance ecosystem through automation and intelligence‐led tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce timely daily, weekly and monthly investment performance reports
* Liaise with custodians, data providers and investment teams
* Analyse performance outcomes and prepare commentary
* Build and enhance ETL pipelines, BI dashboards and workflow automation
* Contribute to continuous improvement and cross‐training within Investment Operations
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, Commerce or similar
* 5–10 years' experience in investment performance analytics
* Strong data engineering, SQL and API integration capability
* Experience with Python, Power BI/Tableau and performance analytics systems
* Strong communication skills with ability to explain performance drivers
