Working directly with a Partner passionate about training and mentorship, you will collaborate with other lawyers on matters involving public liability, catastrophic injury, property and industrial special risks, class actions, and alternative dispute resolution, with a focus on:Property damage recoveries claimsMarine law claimsPersonal injury defence claimsThis practice often represents insurers and private entities in complex proceedings within telecommunications and marine insurance sectors.About youThe ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years' PAE, with a genuine interest in litigation and insurance law.
