In the yearlong graduate program, you'll be shown the ropes through foundation masterclasses, then you'll work on projects aligned to your skills—such as software development, organizational change management, or business analysis.

To be considered, you will need to satisfy the following requirements:
A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree within the last 2 years
Ability to commence full-time work from early 2026
Great communication skills, resilience, and an outstanding customer service ethic

You will need to supply a cover letter outlining your preferred kinds of consulting (you may choose more than one).
Options include Data and Analytics, Management Consulting, Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, IT Application Consulting (Including SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce), Cybersecurity, Engineering, Full-stack Development, and Cloud (AWS/Azure).
Please outline your preferred working location from Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra & Hobart.
