Professionals Maryborough is seeking a positive, self motivated person to join our team as our Receptionist/Administration.

Are you an organised, friendly professional with finance/administration experience, looking for a role in a dynamic real estate environment? We're looking for a reliable receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients—both in person and over the phone—while supporting our team behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
* Answer and direct phone calls and email enquiries
* Trust account and banking
* Assist with general administrative tasks, data entry, and filing
* Help prepare property listings, documents, and correspondence
* Maintain a clean and organised front office area
* Support agents and property management with day-to-day office duties

Requirements:

* Previous experience in reception or admin preferred (real estate a bonus)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
* Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude

Hours:

Full time hours with some flexibility
