Commissioning Manager Role Summary
The Senior Renewable Energy Commissioning Specialist will lead and manage a multi-discipline commissioning team to ensure the successful testing and commissioning of renewable projects. This includes developing and executing commissioning plans, planning and coordinating commissioning efforts, collaborating with project control teams to meet key milestones, and fostering a One-Team approach with clients, OEMs, and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive commissioning plans and procedures
* Lead and manage day-to-day commissioning activities, including planning, resourcing, and coordination
* Collaborate closely with project control teams to ensure timely delivery of key milestones
* Foster a collaborative One-Team approach with clients, OEMs, and stakeholders
Requirements:
* Tertiary Engineering Qualification or recognised industry equivalent
* Extensive experience in testing & commissioning in the Renewable or Utilities sector
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical staff
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
* Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
* Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
