Project Coordinator Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Project Coordinator, supporting the successful completion of civil construction projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring that daily site operations are well-documented, site office and compound are well-organized, and appropriate resources are maintained; safety and quality standards are upheld, site office facilities are maintained in good order, and project records are filed effectively.
1. Verify daily sign-on documents are completed accurately, documenting all workers on site are registered and hold the necessary qualifications and documentation.
2. Assist with reviewing timesheets for workers and contractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
3. Maintain up-to-date site-based plans and documentation filing systems with the latest revisions.
4. Manage PPE stocks and coordinate PPE requests for needs on sites.
5. Ensure good housekeeping of containers and offices, including regularly topping up water fillers.
6. Support site teams with administrative tasks, project document control, coordination of site support activities, and site deliveries and other ad-hoc coordination duties.
7. Collaborate with the Project Manager and project team during project initiation, kick-off, and mobilisation where required.
8. Support procurement activities, including vendor coordination, delivery tracking, and record keeping.
9. Confirm requirements and available site locations for deliveries.
10. Conduct regular site stock-takes to verify delivered materials.
11. Organise QA documentation to support project quality assurance.
12. Coordinate and document site meetings as directed.
13. Work closely with the site leadership to identify project risks or delivery constraints and contribute to mitigation planning.
