About the Role
We seek a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant to contribute to our dynamic team in Australia. The ideal location can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth.
The successful candidate will cover all aspects of consulting, including pre-sales activities, supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and end-user training on D365 FO. A deep understanding of the D365 FO application is required to evaluate customers' business processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
* Develop comprehensive business requirements that outline necessary actions and expected outcomes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure a complete set of requirements aligned with business objectives, gaining a full understanding of current and future state business processes.
* Facilitate the customer's decision-making process and create functional design documents to drive the development process.
Conduct user acceptance testing and train customer resources to effectively use and maintain the D365 FO application. Design and develop new modifications for existing clients, support previous modifications, and assist with ongoing support issues as needed. Perform fit-gap analyses and solution design. Configure and set up D365 FO, including planning and executing data migration strategies.
Key Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a subject matter expert in D365 FO with full project implementation experience.
* Experience developing functional specifications for D365 FO enhancements and integrations.
* Excellent skills in setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing of D365 FO solutions, following best practices or Microsoft Sure Step methodology.
