* Have a minimum of 1-2 years of pharmacy industry experience.
Available Positions
Pharmacy Assistant
* Collaborate with our team of pharmacists, interns, laboratory technicians, and front office staff.
* Dispense prescriptions, manage orders via phone and email, and provide exceptional customer service.
* Support daily pharmacy operations under the supervision of pharmacists.
* Requirements: Well-presented, proficient in basic computing and Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and a team player.
* Hold a Certificate III qualification in pharmacy-related field.
Pharmacy Administrative Assistant
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
* Maintain and update pharmacy records, correspondence, and filing systems.
* Greet customers, patients, and visitors and assist with basic non-clinical queries.
* Direct clinical or medication-related questions to pharmacists.
* Requirements: Well-presented, proficient in basic computing and Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and a team player.
* Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Saturday work requirements vary depending on the specific role.
