We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Program Delivery Manager** to join the **Accessibility Team**.
As a **Program Delivery Manager**, you will lead the delivery (safely, on time, within budget, and scope) of allocated projects within a multi-million-dollar program focused on **Accessible Rail Service Reporting and Customer Journey Planning Information Uplift**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects through a team of program and project professionals, ensuring safety, time, cost, and quality outcomes meet business objectives and expectations.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the entire program team to ensure alignment in program strategy, delivery strategy, project management capability, and resource allocations.
- Develop and implement a strategic program plan, monitoring and reporting on program status and outcomes to meet a diverse range of business, client, and stakeholder requirements.
- Ensure governance, principles, business rules, and best practices are embedded and adhered to throughout project delivery.
- Perform staff management duties, including onboarding, performance reviews, performance management, and identifying team development needs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and multi-disciplinary interfaces, including internal delivery teams, outsourced work, delivery partners, and government agencies.
- Develop a resource strategy and oversee program teams' resource and capability requirements.
- Ensure risk assurance and program-wide governance are aligned with key business and project requirements.
- Strong expertise in program and project management within a complex operating environment, including risk management and project assurance.
- High-level leadership and staff management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams.
- Excellent communication skills to engage, build relationships, negotiate, and consult on complex issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong decision-making capabilities in program delivery strategy, performance monitoring, and governance.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant policies and legislation impacting infrastructure project delivery in a rail or similar environment.
**Highly Desirable**:
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex programs with multiple internal and external stakeholders, particularly those focused on enhancing the customer experience in rail journey planning.
