Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the clinic team to deliver exceptional service and meet KPIs
- Coordinate daily operations, including bookings, stock control, and staff rosters
- Ensure smooth communication between frontline staff and directors
- Manage client feedback and provide prompt resolutions
- Support HR processes, including onboarding and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 3+ years’ experience in clinic, retail or hospitality management
- Proven leadership and team coordination experience
- Robust communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin is highly desirable
- Experience in the beauty or aesthetic industry preferred
- Understanding of AHPRA, TGA and cosmetic regulations is a plus
