To be eligible for this role, you must currently hold a TSPV Department of Defence Security Clearance, which is a requirement for this critical position. About the Role:
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless coordination of logistics operations that support our mission. Your responsibilities will include:
* Logistics Coordination: Manage warehousing, receiving, distribution and disposal of goods, working closely within the logistics team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
* Inventory and Stock Control: Follow inventory control procedures, conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate records and reporting in the system of record.
* Customer Service: Deliver high-quality logistics support and advice, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and meeting their operational needs.
* Health and Safety: Foster a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and promoting best practices while carrying out tasks.
* Additional Duties: Demonstrate flexibility by taking on additional tasks as assigned by management to support and contribute to the success of the logistics team.

Qualifications:
Essential:
· Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field.
· Valid Driver's Licence.
· Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control and logistics operations effectively.
· Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in operational tasks.
Desirable:
* A current HR Licence for vehicle operation.
* Forklift Licence and material handling experience.
* First Aid and CPR certifications.
* White Card certification for construction site safety.
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar tools.

Physical Requirements:
· Ability to independently lift, carry, and move items up to 25kg regularly.
· Physical stamina and endurance to perform tasks that involve prolonged standing, walking, bending, or repetitive motions.
· Capability to operate material handling equipment and safely maneuver heavy loads as needed.
· Tolerance to work in outdoor and remote environments under varying weather conditions.
