Job Description
The Management Accountant will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
* Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports to support business decision-making.
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
* Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Partner with operations and supply chain teams
* Product costing, inventory accounting activities
* Provide variance analysis and identify areas for cost optimisation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic objectives.
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
* Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
* Experience in the FMCG industry or similar fast-paced environments.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
