Our client is seeking a capable and committed school leader who is ready to take the next step toward a Principal position. This permanent full time role oversees two close knit campuses in the Albany and Stirling Ranges region. It suits someone who values steady leadership, clear expectations and a supportive school culture. You will guide teaching and learning across Primary to Year 12, manage staff and campus operations and contribute to a positive learning environment. Some teaching may be required.

Responsibilities
Lead the daily operation of two campuses with confidence and professionalism
Provide instructional leadership aligned with the Australian Curriculum
Support staff to maintain high academic standards and strong pastoral care
Oversee budgeting and campus administration in line with agreed plans
Foster a culture of engagement, achievement and self-directed learning
Teach as required
Uphold the school's values and expectations
What we are looking for
Experience as a Deputy Principal, Assistant Principal or equivalent leadership role
Strong curriculum knowledge and whole school management capability
A calm, respectful communicator with sound judgement
Ability to build trust, guide staff and support student well-being
Commitment to working within a faith-based educational setting
Someone who appreciates tradition, consistency and community
