 
        
        Job Title: Accounting Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage bookkeeping and accounting tasks using Xero
 * Prepare, review, and lodge BAS, IAS, and other compliance reports
 * Assist with preparation of financial statements and tax returns
 * Ensure compliance with ATO requirements and deadlines
 * Reconcile accounts, manage payroll, and process superannuation
 * Provide tax and accounting support to clients as needed
Requirements:
 * Proven experience in Australian taxation and BAS preparation
 * Xero certification (essential)
 * Strong knowledge of ATO compliance and reporting requirements
 * High attention to detail and accuracy
 * Excellent communication and client service skills
 * Accounting degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
