As the Drug and Alcohol Manager of Allied Health, you'll lead a passionate team delivering counselling and treatment services across the Illawarra, including MERIT, Stimulant Treatment and Adult and Youth teams. You'll support clinicians to deliver safe, evidence-based care, guide responses to complex client needs, and foster a positive, high-performing team culture. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll balance clinical leadership with service coordination, workforce support, quality improvement and accreditation – playing a key role in strengthening drug and alcohol services for individuals, families and the broader community.

From Helensburgh in the north to North Durras in the south, ISLHD covers an area of 5,687 square kms. That's 5,687 square kms of beautiful beaches, coastal cycling tracks, lush rainforests, incredible bushwalks and friendly people.
