Automotive Parts Specialist
At our auto parts warehouse, we are seeking a skilled Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team. This full-time role is based in Edwardstown, SA and involves providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interpreting customer needs and matching them to the appropriate automotive parts and accessories from our extensive inventory
* Providing detailed product information and technical advice to customers, both in-person and over the phone
* Maintaining accurate records and inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management
* Assisting with the ordering, receiving and distribution of parts and accessories
* Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements
* Delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to the overall success of the business
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Interpreter or similar role within the automotive industry
* Strong product knowledge and the ability to interpret customer needs and match them to the appropriate parts and accessories
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical advice in a clear and concise manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management
* A team-oriented approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
