Key Responsibilities
* Drive Engineering Maintenance, Minor Works and Projects while interfacing in Intelligent Data Analysis.
* Strong stakeholder engagement with internal staff, consultants and suppliers.
* Lead Facilities Engineering delivery for high‐end Corporate Offices and Critical Sites.
Key Skills
* Strong leadership experience, able to lead and implement change (new processes, methodologies and technology).
* People-focused, strong engagement skills with internal stakeholders, consultants and suppliers.
* Technically competent across M&E/HVACR, CRAC, BMS, UPS and minor building works.
* Future-focused: use of technology in Asset Management, lifecycle forward planning, AI integration and Asset Data Reporting.
Key Requirements
* Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
* 10+ years' industry experience
* Full Australian Work Rights
