* Buyer Qualification & Consultation
o Qualify inbound leads from various sources, identify investor objectives, and educate buyers on high-yield suburbs and short-term growth pockets.
o Access off-market and pre-market investment stock, prepare tailored property packs, and run virtual or in-person tours.
o Presentation offers and negotiate on behalf of buyers, guide them on structure, terms, conditions, and deposits, and liaise with brokers, solicitors, and property managers.
o Prepare contracts and documentation, hand over to the property management or settlement team, and maintain strong buyer relationships for repeat purchases.
* Deal Closure & Handover
o Confirm yields and leasing milestones are on track post-settlement.
