The role
Overview
An exciting short term opportunity exists for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a well‐established and highly regarded property development and construction organisation based in Adelaide.
This is a temporary contract role requiring an individual who can quickly integrate into the business and provide commercial leadership across a portfolio of active projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial and contractual performance of portfolios and projects.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and cash flow.
- Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
- Lead contract administration, variations, claims, and negotiations.
- Provide strategic commercial advice to project and operational teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a Commercial Property Management role.
- Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, and project financial controls.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex commercial issues.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
