We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to join our wellbeing team as a Senior Social Worker. This role will involve collaborating with student support teams to enhance access to mental health services, helping create a stronger and healthier school community.
This statewide initiative aims to provide every student with access to a wellbeing professional, right where they need it most.

This role offers a unique chance to be part of a multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively to provide comprehensive support services to students and their families.
Key Responsibilities
 * Assess client needs, develop care plans, connect clients with resources and services, and advocate for their rights.
 * Provide professional services specific to the social work discipline, operating in an advisory and advocacy capacity.
 * Respond to the needs of the student population and school community, providing personal and family counselling, therapy, and group work.
 * Facilitate referrals to other allied health professionals and provide service and care coordination for students' wellbeing and mental health.
 * Support school communities in responding to critical incidents and emergencies as a part of the school response team.
