We are seeking a Full‑time Personal Assistant / Administration Assistant, based in our Townsville office
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high‑level administrative and secretarial support

What you'll be doing
* Assist in managing complex schedules, travel and accomodation
* Monitor qualifications, onboarding and compliance of employees
* Provide administrative support such as filing, stationary orders and general office duties
* Act as the primary point of contact for telephone and walk‑in enquiries, distributing these through the correct channels
* Book maintenance of vehicles, plant and equipment
What we're looking for
* Prior experience in a Personal or Administrative Assistant role
* Preferable experience in Mining, Construction or Engineering industries
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and diligently
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritise demands
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office, preferred experience in accounting software and onboarding systems
* A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach to your work to work within a fun, hard‑working team environment
