At Kin Early Learning Centre, we are a locally owned and operated service committed to high-quality early education across our two centres in Queanbeyan. We are seeking a confident and passionate Lead Educator to lead our under 2 room at Kin East.
About the Role
You will lead the daily operations of the room, guiding your team to create a calm, responsive, and high-quality environment for our youngest children.
* Lead and support a team of educators
* Build strong relationships with children and families
* Plan and implement meaningful programs aligned with the EYLF
* Create intentional, well-considered learning environments
* Ensure children's safety, wellbeing and learning are always prioritised
* Work closely with leadership to reflect and grow practice
About You
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Experience in an infant room and/or leading a team
* Strong understanding of responsive caregiving and routines
* Confident communicator who leads with respect
* Passionate about quality practice and continuous improvement
