As our business continues to grow in Australia and internationally, we’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Assistant Fabricator to join our passionate team at our Somerville office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and wants to be part of a purpose-driven company where what you do genuinely matters.

Key Responsibilities
* Daily fabrication, assembly, and finishing of EMF protection products to a consistently high standard
* Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process
* Ensure stock levels are maintained to meet sales demand
* Assist with fabricating new product options and variations
* Source materials and components as required
* Manage supplier relationships when needed
* Work confidently with materials such as resin
* Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised production space
* Work autonomously and follow directions from key team members
What we’re looking for
We’re a close-knit team that values quality, consistency, and working well together. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and enjoys being part of a supportive, down-to-earth workplace. This is a 2 day per week position based at our Somerville office, with room to add more days as we grow.
