Duties
* Create nutritious, delicious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and health needs.
* Apply your knowledge of senior nutrition to support wellbeing, energy, and enjoyment of food in later life.
* Celebrate culture through food, preparing traditional dishes—including Greek cuisine—when appropriate.
* Collaborate with care staff and allied teams to deliver personalised meal plans for every resident.
* Champion food safety and hygiene, upholding impeccable kitchen standards at all times.
* Contribute creatively to menu planning and presentation, making every meal both appealing and satisfying.
