Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for travelers while they are in New Zealand & Australia
- Solve disruptions quickly (flight delays, weather, supplier issues).
- Communicate clearly with advisors & clients.
- Coordinate rebookings and work with suppliers.
Skills & Experience:
- 3-5+ years’ experience in travel operations (wholesale/inbound/DMC preferred).
- Calm, confident problem-solver with clear communication.
- Excellent knowledge of New Zealand.
Hours of Work:
Thursday to Monday, 10.00am - 6.00pm AU time
