Skills and Experience Required
* Interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to support people with disabilities within a positive and therapeutic framework.
* Understanding of Residential Youth Work and NDIS principles.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
* Staff-management skills, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Qualifications and Certifications
* Cert IV in Disability or similar qualification.
* Current Working With Children Check.
* NDIS Worker Screening check (or willing to obtain).
* First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain).
* Administration of Medication (or willing to obtain).
