About the Role:
 * Provide second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
 * Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Windows servers.
 * Manage enterprise backup and disaster recovery processes to ensure data integrity.
 * Assist with vulnerability management and incident response activities.
 * Support and guide Service Desk staff to enable first-line resolution.
 * Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and government ICT standards.
 * Manage software licences and asset records in line with asset management requirements.
 * Coordinate system maintenance and upgrades to minimise downtime and disruption.
This role enables our staff to focus on delivering tourism outcomes for South Australia by maintaining a stable and secure ICT environment and supporting continuous improvement.
