You will be responsible for

2. Coordinating AM linehaul activities, including unloading, freight sortation, and driver allocation during peak periods
3. Acting as a key escalation point for operational issues and service disruptions, working closely with Customer Operations and external healthcare partners
4. Ensuring road and air linehaul cut-off times are consistently met through proactive coordination and problem-solving
5. Maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements, including contractor documentation and certifications
6. Monitoring operational performance (including DIFOT), managing absences, and supporting reporting, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
7. Supporting cross-functional teams including fleet, finance, and customer operations with operational queries, data insights, and contractor invoicing clarification
What we are looking for
1. Experience in a similar operational or supervisory role (logistics or courier industry preferred)
2. Diploma or certification in Business, Administration, or a related field (preferred)
3. Strong time management and prioritisation skills
4. Confident decision-making and problem-solving ability

6. Solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility laws
7. Strong planning capability and geographical knowledge
8. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, time-critical environment
