**About the Company**
Our large NSW State Government client is delivering new and upgraded schools to meet growing enrolments to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local school.

**About the Role**
They are currently seeking an experienced Administration Support Officer to join their growing team in Sydney with some flexibility to work remotely from home Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. This is an estimated 3month temp assignment, with a strong potential to extend. Working within the Communications and International business unit, you will be required to provide a wide range of customer and administration support to assist in achieving Departmental objectives. In this role, your duties will include but won't be limited to the following:

- Deliver high level and professional frontline customer service
- Answer enquiries within a timely and accurate manner
- Inbox management, generating correspondence
- Support the CEO in general administration
- Facilitating the resolution of complaints
- Manage office and supplies
- Generating spreadsheets and reports, tracking works completed
- Monitor and ensure compliance with program policies
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, facilitating engagement, partnerships and contribution of ideas
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
To secure this rewarding opportunity, you will have the following:

- Demonstrated Administration or Business support experience
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate excel skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite and TRIM
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Valid Working With Children's Check and willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Reliable remote internet access with the ability to work remotely from home
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
